EVENT REGISTRATION

PUSH NOTIFICATION
Those requested in each personal data collection form and at least the following:
data related to your event registration to carry out push notifications aimed at improving our services and product and to provide you with information about the incoming events, the status of your registrations, and/ or request your additional information to finish your event registration.
The processing of your personal data related to the push notifications is legitimized by your express consent you give through the registration form or that you can provide anytime in the settings of the app.
STATISTICAL STUDIES
Carry out statistical studies on the use of the Platform and the acceptance of HOTELBEDS events.

7. AUTOMATED DECISIONS
HOTELBEDS does not make decisions that may affect you based solely on the automated processing of your personal data. All decision-making processes related to the above-described processing purposes are carried out with human intervention.
The profiling indicated in the purposes of candidate management, in no case shall be used in making decisions by our entity that may have legal effects for you or that may affect you significantly.
8. FOR HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
We shall only keep your personal data for as long as we need it for the purposes for which we collect it and to comply with legal, financial, business or reporting requirements or until your consent withdrawal. In some circumstances, we may anonymize personal data so that it is no longer identifiable, and we can continue to use it. 10. HOW WE WILL HANDLE DISPUTES
If a claim or dispute arises out of or relates to your use of the Platform as a consumer, both you and us agree that you may resolve your individual claim or dispute against us, and we may resolve our claim or dispute against you, in any competent court in the country of your main residence that has jurisdiction over your claim or dispute, and the laws of that country will apply without regard to conflict of law provisions.
If a claim or dispute arises between us that relates to use of the Platform in any other capacity, including, but not limited to, access or use of the app for a business or commercial purpose, you agree that any such claim or dispute must be resolved in Courts of Palma de Mallorca and that Spanish law will apply without regard to conflict of law provisions.
